Founder and CEO:  Dr. Gina Devasahayam is a bioentrepreneur and innovator. She has an educational background in biotechnology and biomedical sciences. She has a Ph.D. in Biomedical

Sciences from the School of Public Health, SUNY, Albany, NY. Gina has 6 years of postdoctoral

training at the UVA Medical School on signal transduction, pharmacology and drug discovery. 

She is a graduate of the INNoVATE Program of Lifescience Entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins

Carey Business School, Rockville, MD in 2012.

Co-Founder and VP-Chemistry:  Dr. Ryan Van De Water is a medicinal chemist and strong manager. He has a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University of California, Santa Barbara. Ryan is a recepient of an NIH fellowship and conducted research at the prestigious Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He has 5 years of experience at Conforma Therapeutics in the design of new Hsp90 inhibitors for oncology.
